Kanefusa Engineers' On-site Sharpening Technical Exchange

On October 27, 2025, senior engineers from Japan’s famous blade maker Kanefusa came to our factory in Dongguan to share advanced blade grinding know-how.

At the on-site technical meeting, Japanese experts tested and checked their new VITECH-TC tungsten carbide tipped paper cutting knives by trial grinding. Knives with tungsten carbide tipped tips are hard, wear-resistant and cut steadily. They need strict and fine grinding work to keep stable cutting performance for industrial use.

Our technical crew showed our skilled grinding work with full in-site polishing and accurate setup of machine parameters. After processing these VITECH-TC carbide blades, we got smooth blade surfaces, even sharpness and long-lasting cutting edges. This proved our solid experience in precision grinding for industrial cutting tools.

Kanefusa’s visiting engineers spoke highly of our grinding skills and stable production standards. They agreed we do excellent polishing for high-end tungsten carbide tipped blades, and our grinding accuracy and finished blade quality meet top industry standards.

This China-Japan technical visit helped both sides trust each other more. It also lays good ground for long-term technical cooperation and production upgrade in the future.
